# Plans and access

Workspace subscriptions, system ownership and team roles.

The subscription belongs to the Workspace. Its three plans are **Free**, **Self-serve** and **Managed**. Contact the team to choose a plan and set up your workspace.

Canonical catalogue baselines are managed per plan, with audited workspace overrides. Do not assume that every account can install all 85 components.

## Roles

In Self-serve, members can sync from Figma, publish to `base` and eject. Members, admins and owners can create custom tags and workflows, promote and roll back directly, with actions recorded in the activity panel. Admins and owners can additionally edit in Theme Studio. Managed workflows remain operated by Frontfriend and retain approval requests.

## Downgrades

The approved model is non-destructive: existing releases, private versions and builds remain resolvable, while new authoring, publication and promotion are blocked as entitlement changes.
